• build: CSV/XLSX invoice lines to IRP schema 1.1 JSON through TOML mapping profiles, with optional computation of missing item amounts, GST split, invoice totals and round-off.
• validate: versioned JSON Schema plus 37 business rules with portal-style numeric codes, configurable reporting window, turnover-based HSN length and tolerances; batch mode with per-issue error CSV.
• irn: IRN hash computation and duplicate pre-check against a batch or a list of registered IRNs.
• qr decode / qr render: signed QR JWT decoding (optional RS256 verification) and PNG/SVG/terminal rendering.
